Working closely with law firms and in-house legal teams, I design and deliver bespoke training and development programmes for legal professionals at all stages of their career from trainee to board member.  Where appropriate I collaborate with highly skilled practitioners from disciplines other than law and coaching, such as psychology and organisational development, to ensure the highest quality service is delivered to the client.
